​As an active and highly respected Imam in the Texas and Louisiana communities, I, Dr. Sheikh Waiel Shihadeh, hereby testify that Dr. Sheikh Sayed Jumaa Salam remains loyal to the Islamic Shari’a scriptures and profession. Through first hand exposure, I certainly justify that Dr. Sh. Sayed Jumaa Salam portrays excellent leadership, great communication skills, high integrity, and managerial competence. More importantly, Dr. Sh. Sayed Jumaa Salam displays the actions of a God-fearing Muslim and upholds the characteristics of our beloved Prophet Mohammad (SAW). I assure that he speaks only truthfully, teaches in accordance to authentic Islamic scriptures, and follows the guidelines of the Sunnah. With that being said, Dr. Sh. Sayed Jumaa Salam serves to be a trustworthy and reliable role model, leader and Imam to all communities. Dr. Sh. Sayed Jumaa Salam is a very caring and humble individual who sincerely aspires to guide people on the straight path of Islam. In addition, he exhibits right decision-making capabilities that have beneficially impacted the masses in only a positive manner. On a day to day basis, you will find Dr. Sh. Sayed Jumaa Salam preaching the Oneness of Allah (SWT), mentoring the youth, counseling families and educating non-Muslims the beauty and peacefulness of our religion, Islam. Overall, it is my duty as a witness and servant of Allah (SWT) to authenticate and defend the reputation of Dr.Sh. Sayed Jumaa Salam to be unexceptionally innocent.
